I LOST 40LBS BY MANIFESTING MY DREAM BODY

Over the years, I've tried countless diets, including vegan, keto, carnivore, intermittent fasting, and juicing, but nothing worked for me. I felt out of control with my eating habits and constantly gained weight, which affected many aspects of my life.

Last year, I finally cracked the code. I visualized and lived as the person I wanted to become. I embraced a life of consistency, beauty, and satisfaction, romanticizing everything I did, including the food I ate and the habits I formed. I wasn't just focused on being skinny but on being healthy and happy in my body.

One crucial step was to identify habits I could happily live with for the rest of my life. I made it all about things I loved and never deprived myself.

I began by envisioning my ideal body and identifying who I wanted to become. For me, this meant losing weight, looking thinner, having some muscle, and looking healthy. I wrote down my goals, which helped manifest them into reality. I also hypnotized myself daily, visualizing how I felt in my dream body while eating delicious food.

Through this process, I discovered deep-seated beliefs that were sabotaging my weight loss efforts. I realized that my unhealthy dieting habits stemmed from watching my mom struggle with chronic dieting. By understanding these issues, I could reframe my mindset and stop self-sabotaging.

I also learned to occupy my thoughts with something other than food. Finding new hobbies and interests helped reduce food noise and obsessive thoughts about eating. It was crucial to allow myself to lose weight without thinking of food as the enemy. I stopped depriving myself and embraced portion control. I continued eating foods I loved but in moderation.

Studying the habits of naturally thin people was eye-opening. I noticed that they ate mindfully, slowly, and in smaller portions. They were also very active. While adopting all their habits was challenging, I focused on what worked for me and stayed strategic about my food choices.

Accountability was vital. I tracked everything I ate to stay honest with myself. I learned to stop lying about food and face the reality of my eating habits. This helped me understand and address my binge-eating tendencies.

I adopted an abundance mindset, allowing myself to enjoy my favorite treats daily without feeling deprived. This approach helped curb my cravings and maintain a healthy relationship with food. I also focused on improving my gut health by consuming diverse probiotics and prebiotics, which significantly reduced my junk food cravings.

Planning for indulgences, like going to an all-you-can-eat buffet, was essential. I ensured these events were occasional and balanced them with healthier meals. I learned not to put any food on a pedestal and to enjoy my meals fully, focusing on nutrition and satisfaction.

Regular exercise became a non-negotiable part of my lifestyle. I found workouts I enjoyed, like weight lifting and strength training, and made them a consistent part of my routine. This helped me build muscle, boost my metabolism, and feel strong and empowered.

Finally, I constantly reminded myself that my new habits made me happier and healthier than my old ones. This mindset shift helped me stay motivated and avoid self-sabotage. I acknowledged my triggers and worked on fixing underlying issues like gut health and regular medical check-ups to ensure no undiagnosed conditions hindered my progress.

I managed to lose 40 pounds, going from 145 pounds to 105 pounds in a few months. Most of this was fat loss, and I did it while staying healthy and eating whatever I wanted. The key to my success was romanticizing my weight loss and allowing myself to lose weight without deprivation.
